Welcome to Distribia SaaS ("Platform"), an operational and distribution management service operated by Distribia App. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

To use the Platform, you must register an organization/company account by providing accurate and complete information.
3. Subscription & Payment Processing
Distribia provides subscription-based software services (SaaS). Subscription payments are processed securely via verified Payment Gateways integrated into our Platform.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription fees paid are non-refundable, except in the event of a proven system outage on Distribia's part.
5. Data Privacy & Security
We respect the privacy of your business data. All transaction, customer, and inventory data uploaded to the Platform is stored in encrypted, isolated databases.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to Distribia software, design, branding, trademarks, and source code are the exclusive property of Distribia App.
7. Limitation of Liability
Distribia shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss caused by user negligence.
8. Amendments & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
